Coventry Building Society is seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist – Colleague Experience to join its Colleague Experience team on a 12-month fixed term contract. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the colleague experience and driving business success.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective change communications strategies to support business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging content and reports that meet business needs
- Analyze data to inform communications decisions and measure campaign effectiveness
- Proactively identify communications opportunities to support corporate and local priorities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
