Reed Finance is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Finance Manager to join their team and drive financial performance to new heights.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Finance Manager include:

  • Lead and guide the finance team with strong leadership and a hands-on approach, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Drive improvements and implement robust processes across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury functions, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Ensure continuous improvements in financial operations and reporting, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Tackle complex financial problems with resilience and innovative solutions, leveraging expertise to drive business growth.
  • Redesign and optimise financial processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, streamlining financial workflows.
  • Provide detailed analysis of investigations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external audit, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage corporation tax & VAT data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior finance role with a track record of driving improvements and implementing processes, with a strong focus on financial operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Hands-on approach to managing financial operations, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
  • Resilient and capable of dealing with complex problems, with a strong ability to analyze and solve financial issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving and process redesign skills, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
