About the Role
The PFR Apprentice role is a developmental position within the Cummins Accounting Services Team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our finance professionals to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in financial analysis, accounting, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, including month-end activities and variance explanations.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, finance teams, and work teams.
- Contribute to cost analysis and forecasting processes, including the preparation of variance explanations and journal entries.
- Support continuous improvement projects within the team, identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes.
Requirements
- Obtained Level 4 AAT qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant accounting role.
- Proficient IT and MS Office skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
