Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new software updates to meet customer needs.
- Provide expert advice to customers on how to configure the platform to suit their requirements.
- Monitor user feedback and create detailed specifications for new system implementations.
- Support the sales team with client proposals and presenting solutions to customers.
About You:
The ideal candidate will be a recent STEM graduate who speaks fluent English and French, with excellent problem-solving skills. You will be a strong communicator, logical thinker, and have solid technical skills, with a strong sense of customer service. Requirements:
- Fluency in English and French.
