About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate Business Analyst to join our Strategic Infrastructure team. As a Graduate Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering 17 major new projects to connect more clean, low-carbon power to the transmission network in England and Wales. These projects are critical to achieving the UK Government's ambition of connecting 50GW of offshore wind by 2030.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate options and incorporate societal impact during project development to ensure the construction of the appropriate infrastructure to achieve net zero as rapidly as possible.
  • Adopt innovative approaches to expedite project completion, enabling efficient progress towards net zero.
  • Formulate robust investment cases for projects, facilitating informed decision-making and securing necessary resources to advance infrastructure development in line with net zero objectives.
Our Graduate Programme

As a Graduate Business Analyst, you will be part of our 18-month graduate programme. You will have a tailored development pathway to support you as you develop a wide range of leadership, business, and technical skills. You will attend in-person and virtual development sessions throughout your programme to equip you with the essential skills required to succeed in your role.

What We Offer
  • A competitive starting salary of £34,895.
  • A £2,000 bonus, once joined and started on programme.
  • 26 days holiday.
  • A £2,400 payment on successful completion of the programme.
  • Cost of living allowance (inner London, Metropolitan and Outer Metropolitan areas).
  • Up to £200 per month accommodation allowance as you move around the business, and additional annual leave for when you move between placements plus assistance with moving personal belongings.
