Key Responsibilities:
  • Input data onto our bespoke online insurance facility, searching for relevant information to complete forms and records.
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to queries from clients.
  • Issue policy changes for clients on our online system, specifically for Public Liability for freelance professionals.
  • Maintain our online sales platform for crew members.
  • Produce reports for insurers on freelancer sales using Excel.
  • Input client claims information onto our system.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the team.
  • Gradually take on key functions to help service clients.
