Key Responsibilities:

  1. Care Delivery: Ensure our clients receive the highest standard of care, tailored to their individual needs.
  2. Scheduling and Coordination: Organize and manage our team's rotas, ensuring all shifts are covered and our clients receive seamless care.
  3. Client Support: Provide emotional support and guidance to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Registered Manager and caregivers to ensure a cohesive and effective care delivery.
  5. Compliance and Quality: Maintain high standards of care and adhere to all relevant regulations and standards.
  6. Client Advocacy: Act in the best interest of our clients, advocating for their needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in home care or healthcare.
  2. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of care regulations and standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
  4. Attributes: Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
  5. Organisation and Leadership: Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  6. Driving Licence: A valid driving licence is required, as you will need to travel to clients' homes.
