Job Description

We are seeking a Care Assistant to work with our clients, providing companionship, outings, meals, personal care, and specialist dementia care. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, providing emotional support, and assisting with daily tasks.

Requirements

  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Adaptable and flexible approach
  • Empathy and consideration
  • Ability to follow simple instructions

What We Offer

  • Up to £12.50 per hour (doubled on bank holidays)
  • 45p per mile to cover mileage
  • DBS paid by us
  • No uniforms
  • Family-owned company with on-call support available 24/7
  • Clients matched to carers based on personality/interests
  • All visits 1 hour or longer, giving you enough time with the client
  • Travel time of at least 15 minutes between visits so you don't feel rushed
  • Full training provided

About You

  • Willing to work some weekend hours
  • Have a driving licence and vehicle access
  • Right to work in the UK, we are not able to offer visa sponsorship
  • We can only consider local applicants
