Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Supporting clients with dementia and other complex needs
  • Working collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of up to £12.50 (doubled on bank holidays)
  • 45p per mile to cover mileage
  • DBS paid by us
  • No uniforms required
  • Family-owned company with on-call support available 24/7
  • Clients matched to carers based on personality and interests
  • All visits are at least 1 hour long, allowing for quality time with clients
  • Travel time of at least 15 minutes between visits to ensure a relaxed pace
  • Full training provided to ensure confidence in your role

About You:

  • Willing to work some weekend hours
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK (we cannot offer visa sponsorship)
  • Local applicants only
