About the Role
Lookers Worcester Mercedes-Benz is seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our hard-working and friendly team on site. As a Sales Executive, you will work alongside our passionate Sales team to provide Lookers first-class customer service.
You will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Reporting to Andrew Leigh, General Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via email, telephone, and in-person to understand their needs and preferences.
- Suggest suitable vehicles based on customer requirements.
- Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
- Negotiate the final price for the sale.
- Complete the relevant paperwork for each sale.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about the automotive industry. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade is preferred but not essential. A full UK driving license is required as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious vans on the market.
