About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Lampton Leisure. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving member retention and ensuring excellent customer service across our leisure centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound telephone calls to retain customers and achieve sales-based targets.
  • Handle customer calls in an efficient and effective manner, providing great customer service over telephone, email, live chat, and in person.
  • Manage customer sales and bookings, assisting customers in their choices and ensuring all customer interactions are managed correctly.
  • Contribute to lead generation and prospect database management, working closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Meet with team managers to discuss customer service and retention initiatives, working together to develop and implement changes to improve customer experience.
  • Respond to customer queries on all platforms, including social media, website, and customer feedback.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales-based targets. You will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
