We partner with Secondary and SEN/SEMH Schools across Wiltshire, providing exceptional support to students with diverse needs. As a Mental Health and Autism Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for these students.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with Autism and SEMH, assisting them with their academic progress, social-emotional development, and overall well-being.
  • Implement tailored strategies and interventions to address the unique learning styles and challenges of each student.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational experience.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, building trust and encouraging their growth and confidence.
