Environment: Our establishment caters to a diverse group of up to 150 students aged 4-19, primarily diagnosed with autism or social, emotional, and mental health challenges. The facility is designed to create tailored learning experiences in specialized environments that cater to different age groups and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the educational and personal development of students with special educational needs (SEN) and disabilities, particularly those with SEMH profiles.
  • Engage with learners across various age groups, fostering an inclusive atmosphere.
  • Maintain high standards for student progress, achievement, and behavior.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills and initiative to address challenges as they arise.
  • Exhibit patience, empathy, and effective communication in all interactions.
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, even under pressure.
  • Uphold confidentiality and safeguarding protocols at all times.
  • Build positive relationships with students and colleagues through excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Show emotional resilience when dealing with challenging behaviors.

Working Hours: The position involves working from 08:15 to 14:40, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with additional training on Wednesdays.
