About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead (RGN) to join our team at Elite Search Associates Limited. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Nurses and Healthcare Assistants in a fast-paced elderly nursing home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Nurses and Healthcare Assistants to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with CQC guidelines
- Collaborate with the Home Manager to achieve operational excellence and improve patient outcomes
- Provide guidance and support to staff members to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of training programs and staff development initiatives
Requirements:
- RGN qualification and active NMC PIN number
- Excellent clinical knowledge and strong leadership skills
- Ability to work closely with the Home Manager and other stakeholders
- Previous elderly nursing home experience is desirable but not essential
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Personal interest in working within elderly care
- Good knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £52,000 per annum
- Full-time hours with 100% supernumerary status (no clinical shifts)
- Day duty only
