Technical Support Specialist

Our client, a leading provider of advanced telecommunications solutions, is seeking 2-3 Technical Support Engineers to join their dynamic team.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via face-to-face, phone, and email interactions. You will work closely with customers and suppliers to resolve technical issues and provide support for modern communication technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Knowledge of telecommunications technologies, including PDH/SDH, GPON, Cellular/Wireless, and LTE.
- Familiarity with test equipment, including optical power meters, light sources, BERTs, cellular scanners, and mustimeters.
- Experience in fault finding methodology and remote management platforms.
- Telecommunications-related courses or qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Company vehicle.
