Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with mental health issues to develop and implement personalized recovery plans
  • Coordinate and deliver support services to meet individual needs
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate service delivery to ensure continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Experience in a coordinator role, preferably in mental health services
  • Leadership qualities and ability to motivate and inspire staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care
