We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Cooplands Bakery store in Pontefract. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of store staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and waste reduction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase profitability
  • Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and presentation
