Role Overview
As a Store Manager at Cooplands Bakery, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase profitability.
- Monitor and control labor costs, waste, and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.
