About the Role

The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Governance Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our governance team, you will assist the Director of Governance & Legal Services, Head of Governance, and Senior Governance Manager in ensuring the effective direction and control of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing complex, technical governance and regulatory advice to Board members and Executives
  • Managing or supporting reviews of governance arrangements, policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including registers and records, and compiling and submitting regulatory returns
  • Providing good knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent oral and writing skills
  • Chartered Secretary (Associate or Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute) or equivalent experience
