Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Engineer to join our technical support team. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of our clients' software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert assistance to clients, troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  2. Support and administer MS SQL Databases, C#.NET applications, and other related technologies.
  3. Develop and maintain a solid understanding of database systems (SQL, MySQL, etc.) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  4. Utilize support tools, incident ticketing systems, and knowledge base platforms to agreed SLAs.
  5. Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate well within a team.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  2. ITIL Certification and experience in supporting and administering MS SQL Databases, C#.NET applications.
  3. Proven experience in application support, with a track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  6. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional support and exceeding client expectations.
