Fellowship Growth and Partnerships Officer

A leading cultural and social change organisation is seeking a skilled professional to drive the growth and development of its network of over 31,000 Fellows.
Location: London. Hybrid working (3 days office-based)
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for promoting Fellowship internally and externally through various channels, including events, presentations, and digital recruitment campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual and team recruitment targets by identifying and engaging suitable candidates for Fellowship.
- Develop and lead on specific recruitment sources to bring in new Fellows, focusing on internal and external events, engagement opportunities, and digital campaigns.
- Act as a point of contact for prospective Fellows, effectively communicating the value and benefits of the organisation's Fellowship to diverse audiences.
- Design and deliver webinars and events to showcase the Fellowship and encourage interested individuals to join.
- Utilise CRM and reporting tools to track and monitor Fellowship recruitment, informing data-driven decisions to optimise recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate Fellows and team administration across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate records and a positive Fellowship experience.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in persuading others to take action through one-to-one conversations and public speaking, with a strong ability to work towards targets, particularly in growth or income-related contexts. Excellent networking skills, creative thinking, and proficiency in a range of IT systems are essential.
