ARV Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the North and Midlands regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, including national and independent merchants and buying groups
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior decision makers
  • Lead and manage the sales territory, including sales planning and execution
  • Collaborate with the sales director to develop and implement sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience selling timber or construction-related products into builder merchants
  • Proactive approach to winning new business
  • Strong account management skills, with the ability to grow and lead sales territories
  • Comfortable dealing with senior decision makers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
