We are seeking a committed professional to become part of our team as a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator at First Call Contract Services, a prominent provider in humidity management and moisture safeguarding solutions. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily functions within our primary warehouse, managing the inflow and outflow of products, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and supporting quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and inspecting incoming goods
  • Processing outgoing shipments
  • Creating and modifying Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Generating batch numbers for inventory
  • Managing Certificates of Analysis (COA) and other essential documentation
  • Conducting document verification during the receiving process
  • Coordinating the intake and dispatch of desiccants
  • Monitoring stock cure dates and batch integrity as necessary
  • Reordering stock and general components based on established minimum thresholds
  • Initiating orders for miscellaneous supplies
  • Performing periodic stock audits throughout the year
  • Conducting year-end stock valuation for auditing purposes
  • Addressing quality concerns and segregating affected inventory
  • Operating forklifts (both reach and counterbalance types)
  • Managing NEPS stock

Qualified candidates should possess prior experience in a comparable position, hold a valid forklift certification, and be familiar with quality management systems such as ISO standards.
