**About the Role**

Venesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is seeking a Programme Director to lead the Business Improvement Programme for an initial 6-month contract with potential to extend. This role will be hybrid working with at least three days per week in the Edinburgh office.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Day-to-day management of the Business Improvement Programme and oversight of associated workstreams
* Embedding an increased focus on delivery and outcomes through the Project Management Office
* Coaching and mentoring colleagues with less experience, adopting a collaborative and inclusive approach
* Flexible mindset
* Chartered membership to a professional body associated with the business, change management, HR, law, IT, or finance is beneficial
* Experience of project work, working to tight deadlines, driving an outcome

**Requirements**

* Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
* Strong leadership and management skills
