About the Role:

GCB Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join our client's team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-respected independent estate agent in the luxury new development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register potential homebuyers' details and conduct site viewings to showcase the development's features.
  • Deal with offers, reservation fees, and building warranties to progress sales through to exchange and completion.
  • Utilize exceptional customer service skills to build rapport with clients and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working on new homes developments or properties is essential.
  • Confidence, a fantastic telephone manner, and a genuine love of helping customers are required.
  • Organized with a great work ethic and a hardworking attitude with the desire and determination to achieve targets.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of up to £32,500.
  • A potential OTE of £45,000.
  • Bonuses for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ongoing support and training to ensure success in the role.

Working Hours:

  • Working 5 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
