About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Housekeeper/Domestic Assistant to join our team at Nuffield Health Chichester Hospital. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the hospital is clean and well-maintained, adhering to infection prevention and control guidelines.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of infection prevention and control procedures.
