We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Housekeeping and Domestic Assistant to join our team at Nuffield Health Chichester Hospital. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare various areas of the hospital, including patient rooms, public areas, and clinical spaces, to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
Use cleaning products and equipment effectively to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Check stock levels and update records on the computer to ensure accurate inventory management.
Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve cleaning and maintenance goals.
Report any incidents or concerns to the relevant team members to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of cleaning and maintenance procedures.
Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with patients, staff, and visitors.
Motivated and flexible, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning and maintenance goals.
Basic computer skills to update records and manage inventory.
