Customer Support Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Coordinator to join our team at BRELLIS RECRUITMENT LIMITED. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting the sales director, and managing the artwork process.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide full support for the Sales Director, including pricing, previous order information, and other sales-related tasks.
- Manage the artwork process internally and externally with customers and suppliers.
- Logistics booking and liaison with the warehouse.
- Process Purchase and Sales invoices.
- Manage production samples and prepare/send samples as required.
- Generate purchase orders using SAP.
- Send out sales order acknowledgments daily.
- Liaise with suppliers to track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Assist with customer complaints administration.
- Liaise with suppliers for current pricing and product specification data sheets.
- Specify new products for pricing.
- Support business development activities, including data analysis, calling lapsed clients, and calling new customers.
- Experience with an ERP system for placing, tracking, and invoicing orders, with SAP being ideal but other systems acceptable.
- Able to work in the office full-time.
- Previous Order Processing, Account Management, Internal Sales, or B2B Customer Service experience, with a focus on supplying products to customers from order placement to delivery and invoicing.
- Desirable: Account Management experience, including building relationships with existing customers and handling the entire account management process.
