As a key member of our Forensic Education Team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and support to adults with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver education programmes for adults with mental health needs, including those with complex needs and challenging behaviour.
  • Assess and diagnose learners' needs, and develop tailored learning plans to support their achievement and success.
  • Work closely with multi-professional clinical teams to ensure seamless delivery of education and support services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of education policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with organisational standards.
  • Provide specialist adult education advice and guidance to learners, carers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in education and support services.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate training in education or a related field.
  • Experience of working with adult learners, particularly those with mental health needs and complex needs.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver education programmes, including assessment and diagnostic tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to learning and development.
