About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and efficient individual to join our Imaging Directorate Reception Team as an Imaging Receptionist/Helpdesk. This is a part-time opportunity that requires flexibility, including working Monday to Sunday, including mornings, afternoons, long days, weekends, and bank holidays.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming patients into the Imaging Department, attending to them on the Imaging computerised system, and completing administration duties, including processing referrals, handling DNAs, and answering the telephone.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good standard of Education - English and Maths
- Reception Experience
- Knowledge of Data Protection & Confidentiality
- Good Communication Skills
