Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a dedicated Maritime & Land (M&L) central Change Management Office (CMO) to ensure governance and support for the M&L business and functions throughout their transformation initiatives.
- Provide expertise and assistance in transformation and business change across the sector as needed.
- Monitor business benefits and establish metrics to evaluate success in complex environments.
- Lead transformation reviews on behalf of the sector.
- Develop and implement the M&L Business Change Strategy, ensuring alignment with the sector-wide strategy.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- In-depth knowledge and experience in business change management and the execution of change initiatives, along with project management methodologies, processes, tools, governance, and assurance processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of project and business environments, including current developments and practices in the field.
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline or possess equivalent project management experience.
- CMI Change Management Practitioner (accredited by APMG) or equivalent.
- Working towards or has achieved APM Chartership or equivalent is preferred.
