**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels to drive conversions and revenue
* Manage campaign budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI
* Collaborate with our Marketing Analysts to conduct keyword research and analyze campaign performance data
* Create compelling ad copy and assets to drive clicks and conversions
* A/B test different ad variations and landing pages to optimize campaign performance

**Requirements:**

* 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, either agency or client-side
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEM, paid social, display advertising etc)
* Proven ability to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns
* Excellent analytics skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (including Google Analytics and Appsflyer)
* A business mindset, focused on ROAS and CAC
