**Job Summary**

Shire Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to lead a specialist residential college for autism in South Wales.

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for managing a Clinical Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) that delivers behaviour support and psychological therapy to residential and day students. The team offers Positive Behaviour Support and creative adaptations to therapeutic provision. You will also have a small complex clinical caseload and be responsible for leadership and managerial duties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a Clinical MDT delivering behaviour support and psychological therapy to residential and day students
  • Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support and creative adaptations to therapeutic provision
  • Lead and manage a small complex clinical caseload
  • Provide leadership and managerial support to the team

**Requirements:**

  • HCPC registration
  • Sound experience working with ASD, complex needs and challenging behaviours
  • Previous management/leadership experience
