About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Savings Customer Ambassador. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the growth and retention of savings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers to the branch and provide a strong customer-first culture
  • Deliver outstanding service in every customer interaction, supporting a strong Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Trustpilot rating
  • Contribute to the growth and retention of savings balances within the branch and the network through account opening, retention of maturities, and meaningful conversations
  • Thoroughly understand customers' needs and identify opportunities to promote relevant services to support their home ownership and financial goals
  • Be a proactive force for good in the community, achieving the network's goals and objectives
  • Embrace the digital journey in our branches, supporting customers with technology and digital services to enhance their overall experience
  • Continuously learn and grow, owning your development to support your ongoing development journey and career development
About You
  • You will have the ability to consistently demonstrate engaging customer service and deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Strong communication skills, both face-to-face, written, and via phone/email
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive in approach
  • Digitally confident, open to new ways of working, and resilient
  • High empathy with a strong desire to do the right thing for colleagues, customers, and the community
