Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

Neville Johnson, a leading provider of bespoke furniture and staircase renovations, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their team in South East England.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to take on a leadership role and drive business growth in the region. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales designers, achieving sales targets, and providing coaching and mentoring to ensure the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales designers to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales designers to improve their performance
  • Assist sales designers in making sales and closing deals
  • Conduct weekly and monthly forecasting and reporting
  • Lead regional sales meetings and participate in national sales meetings
  • Recruit and induct new sales designers
  • Attend executive management meetings and contribute to business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and sales management experience
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT literate with experience using Microsoft packages
