About the Programme

Our Graduate Programme is designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge, and experience you need to succeed in this exciting field. Over the course of 24 months, you'll work on real projects, gain valuable insights into our business, and develop a broad range of skills that will serve you well throughout your career.

What You'll Do

As a graduate on our Engineering and Technology Programme, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from designing and developing new products to improving existing processes. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about innovation and excellence, and you'll have the support and guidance of experienced mentors and coaches to help you achieve your goals.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Gain hands-on experience in engineering and technology, working on real projects and developing your skills in areas such as mechanical systems, manufacturing, software, and digital technologies.

•⁠ ⁠Develop a broad range of skills, including problem-solving, communication, and teamwork, through a combination of on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring.

•⁠ ⁠Work collaboratively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and disciplines to achieve common goals and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠A degree in a STEM subject, such as engineering, physics, or computer science, or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Assessment centres will take place between November - December
