Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Operator II to join our team at H.B. Fuller. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Issue raw materials to production in accordance with batch sheets and production plans.
  • Carry out SAP transactions and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Locate raw materials to the correct locations.
  • Manage workload priorities and deal with stock discrepancies.
  • Assist production with tasks such as packing, cleaning, weighing, and other duties as required.
  • Manage stocks on a FIFO basis, ensuring batches are picked as required from SAP pick lists.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards and ensure good housekeeping in warehouses and safe stacking of pallets.
  • Assist with cycle counts and stock takes on RMs.
  • Additional duties include moving finished goods pallets to the despatch warehouse to assist logistics.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • SAP experience.
  • IT literate, competent user of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and across different functions, including production, procurement, and logistics.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with minimal management.
  • Good team worker who will willingly support the entire production team and cover other roles due to holidays and absence.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
