An excellent opportunity has arisen for a well-presented and customer service-driven Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join a well-respected independent agent within their office in Westbury.

- Quality independent agent with a tight-knit team
- Liaise with customers and manage customer enquiries on a day-to-day basis
- Book viewings using the company's system
- Complete customer records and update records in the system
- Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish their needs
- Encourage second viewings, offers, etc. where appropriate
- Enter customer viewing feedback on to the system
- Negotiate and agree buyer offers
- Maintain and manage accurate administrative records
- Assist with sales progression when needed
- Previous experience is advantageous, though trainees will be considered with a strong administrative and customer service background
- Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- Solid IT skills
- Well-spoken and well-presented
- Excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of utmost importance
- Valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
