Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with customers and manage customer enquiries on a day-to-day basis
  2. Book viewings using our company's system
  3. Complete customer records and update records in the system
  4. Conduct accompanied viewings with clients and establish their needs
  5. Encourage second viewings, offers, etc. where appropriate
  6. Enter customer viewing feedback on to the system
  7. Negotiate and agree buyer offers
  8. Maintain and manage accurate administrative records
  9. Assist with sales progression when needed
Experience Needed
  1. Previous experience is advantageous, though trainees will be considered with a strong administrative and customer service background
  2. Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
  3. Solid IT skills
  4. Well-spoken and well-presented
  5. Excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of utmost importance
  6. Valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
