We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our residential sales team at Allen & Harris. As a Branch Lister, you will play a crucial role in listing and gaining new instructions for properties while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Listing properties and maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Building rapport with clients face-to-face or over the phone
- Ensuring the highest level of service
- Preferably experienced as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, or Senior Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator
- Outstanding customer care/service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hold a Full UK driving license
