Key Responsibilities- Site Management: Assist the Marina Manager in managing the site in an efficient and safe manner, in accordance with the company's mission statement.
- Customer Service: Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained and developed, as required by the company.
- Duty Management: Perform the role of 'Duty Manager' on an agreed rotation basis, providing leadership and support to the team.
- Business Development: Promote and maximise the utilisation within the marina, ensuring and developing profitability from all income streams.
- Staff Development: Develop staff progression and communicate business changes, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Leadership Experience: A proven track record of leading, coaching and mentoring a team, with the ability to delegate appropriately and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
- Environmental and Health & Safety Management: Experience of managing environmental and health & safety procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank/public holidays, as part of a shift rota.
