We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at The Horder Centre, a CQC Outstanding rated hospital. As a key member of our inpatient department, the Dufferin Ward, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a seamless service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in and supervise the delivery of exceptional patient care, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
  • Work collaboratively with a close-knit team of experienced clinicians to achieve departmental goals.
  • Be available to work on days, weekends, bank holidays, and some night shifts, with enhanced rates of pay for these periods.
  • Contribute to the upkeep of our 5-star service, ensuring every patient receives exceptional care.
About You
  • You will be a passionate and experienced clinical expert, with excellent communication skills and empathy.
  • RGN / NMC registered, with prior orthopaedic experience.
  • Personal and approachable, with a real motivation to uphold our outstanding rating.
  • Excellent communication skills, to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
