We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our inpatient department, the Dufferin Ward, at The Horder Centre, a CQC Outstanding rated hospital. As a key member of our close-knit team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our department.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the delivery of high-quality patient care, supervising and maintaining the highest standards of care.
- Work collaboratively with the wider department to ensure an efficient and seamless service is provided.
- Contribute to the achievement of our 5-star service standards.
- Be available to work on days, weekends, bank holidays, and some night shifts, with enhanced rates of pay for these periods.
- You will be a passionate and experienced clinical expert with excellent communication skills and empathy.
- RGN / NMC registered, with prior orthopaedic experience.
- Personal and approachable, with a real motivation to help uphold the outstanding rating proudly held by The Horder Centre.
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships with patients and teams.
- Proactive and forward thinking, with a passion for continued learning.
