Care UK is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on a bank contract basis. As a Registered Nurse at Care UK, you will be a role model for great clinical and care governance practice, championing residents' safety and dignity. You will be flexible and able to deal with difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
What You'll Be DoingAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing leadership for care staff and supporting residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels. You will use your wide variety of nursing skills in a unique environment where no two days are the same. You will ensure the ongoing safety of residents, staff, and visitors through systematic assessment, monitoring, and reviewing processes. You will also spend quality time with residents and be integral to creating long-term care plans for them.
What You'll NeedTo be successful in this role, you will need to be an NMC Registered Nurse with experience working with older people. You will be familiar with clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST. You will be well-organised, understand care planning processes, and have a proven ability to write comprehensive care plans. You will also be able to supervise others and build effective and credible relationships, both internally and externally.
