Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled individual with experience in x-ray screening or training to lead our Training Product Management. This role presents a unique opportunity to influence our service offerings and contribute significantly to our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for training products that align with our service objectives.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors and customer needs, translating insights into product requirements.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities through partnerships and new technologies.
  • Oversee the development of new training offerings, ensuring they meet customer expectations and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to successfully launch new training products.
  • Monitor the performance of existing training solutions and strategize for continuous improvement.
  • Support sales initiatives and participate in industry events to promote our training offerings.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in screening roles, preferably within the aviation sector.
  • Proven track record in delivering training programs to security personnel.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of product management and marketing principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
