Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Retention Leadership: Collaborate with executive leadership to devise and implement strategies aimed at enhancing subscriber acquisition and retention. - Advertising Sales Development: Partner with the team to explore and cultivate new advertising sales opportunities for our prestigious publications. Establish and nurture relationships with potential advertisers, crafting compelling advertising packages that resonate with our brand ethos.
- Government Partnership Initiatives: Seek and secure government trade opportunities to broaden our market footprint. Negotiate agreements that align with our strategic goals and bolster our market presence.
- B2B Growth for Eebria: Spearhead the expansion of our B2B online platform, Eebria. Formulate and execute sales strategies to attract and retain clientele, focusing on both on-trade and off-trade sectors.
Candidate Profile
- The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in sales strategy and leadership, coupled with a passion for driving business growth.
- Strategic and results-driven, with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in a senior sales management capacity.
