About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Director to join our team at Optamor. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Accelerate Growth Initiatives: Concentrate on shaping the future of advertising within our ecosystem and unlocking new growth opportunities for the company.
  • Design and Implement Processes: Improve agility and accelerate innovation across the business by designing, implementing, and optimizing processes.
  • Measure Success and Effectiveness: Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success and effectiveness of growth initiatives.
  • Lead Business Development: Utilize business strategy, operational excellence, and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and development.
Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related STEM field.
  • Experience: Over 5 years of experience in management consulting, business development, or operations within a large corporation or a rapidly growing startup.
  • Skills: Proven business acumen and strategic thinking, with a history of developing and implementing growth initiatives that achieve measurable outcomes. Excellent project management abilities, capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and Excel, and a demonstrated ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the talent to simplify complex concepts into clear and engaging narratives.
