Job Title: Adults Learning Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adults Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to live independently and reach their full potential.

About the Role:

As an Adults Learning Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing therapeutic care and support to adults with learning disabilities
  • Observing, monitoring, and recording patient conditions
  • Treating each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty
  • Helping individuals progress through a care pathway to live independently
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A desire to create positive outcomes for adults with learning disabilities
  • An empathetic, caring, and resilient nature
  • At least 6 months of experience working in a social care setting
  • A current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK
