Job Title: Adult Learning Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adult Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to live as independently as possible.

About the Role:
  • Provide therapeutic care and support to adults with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.
  • Assist residents in their daily lives, promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Monitor and record patient conditions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of experience working in a social care setting.
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • A full UK driving license.
