We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the growth of our automotive brand in the UK market.

This role requires a driven individual with a proven track record in field sales and management, who can work collaboratively with multiple departments to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills, excellent leadership abilities, and the ability to create and implement strategic sales plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business opportunities
  • Working closely with the production team to ensure seamless vehicle delivery
  • Representing the company at trade exhibitions and events
  • Negotiating price, delivery, and specifications with other managers
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and special promotions

Requirements include:

  • Previous field sales and management experience in the automotive industry
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and analyze research data

Additional benefits include:

  • Commission pay (OTE £65,000)
  • On-site parking
